After your personal account is successfully opened, the Basic plan is assigned to you automatically. To switch to Plus, select it in Settings:

At Bilder, we aim to create products with terms that are simple, fair and always in the customer’s favour. That’s why, unlike common market practice, we’ve made it possible to cancel your plan at any time — and your free period will continue with no extra conditions or charges.

For example, even if you activate Plus on 01.09.26, the last day of the promotion, pay nothing and cancel it immediately, your Plus benefits will continue for another 2 months, until 01.11.26. Why? We believe that once you try all the benefits of Plus, you won’t want to give them up.

The plan fee is charged automatically on the subscription date from the selected account and covers a 30-day period. If there are not enough funds in that account, the fee will be charged from another account, if available. You can change your preferred account at any time in Settings.

It means that after opening an account, you can use mobile internet abroad once, completely free of charge — 1 day and 500 MB of data at any time, in any available country. 150 countries are currently available.

It means that after activating Plus, you will get 1 GB of data every month, valid for 7 days, to use whenever you need it.

Some transfers require manual processing and review, mainly due to regulatory requirements. When there are many transfers, they enter a queue and may take slightly longer to complete. With Plus, your transfers are processed quickly and with priority.

Not at all. The Basic plan is designed to cover essential needs, for example if Bilder is not yet your main account. You can make free transfers across Europe, pay by card in stores, use a convenient app and even receive a small cashback.

The number of free SEPA transfers will decrease from 30 to 5 per month (applies only to Domestic customers).
Cashback will decrease. With Basic, cashback will be 0.1%, regardless of the amount spent.
Basic is suitable for everyday spending and transfers if you need a simple and convenient set of essential services.

If a customer closes their account, their Plus subscription is cancelled and no refund will be given.

If a customer’s account is blocked for any reason, the Plus subscription is suspended. Once the account is unblocked, the subscription is renewed under the same terms and for the same duration.

If a customer’s account has been closed, they will not be able to sign up for a free subscription a second time during the trial period.
